You will need:
160 g of fat free smoked turkey
2-3 tomato slices
1 slice of onion
1-3 spinach leaves or lettuce
1 table spoon fat free Caesar dressing
2 slices of very thin bread

Preparation
Spread the dressing on the bread, then put layer of the spinach, tomato,
onion and turkey.
